Holly Steed

Before starting her own family, Holly Steed taught high school choir at Basic High School and the Las Vegas Academy of the Performing Arts. She stopped full time teaching to have her 4 children (all of whom currently attend the Sky Pointe Campus where she teaches). During that time Miss Holly (which is what the students call her) founded the Clark County Children's Choir (CCCC), a non-profit music education organization. She has grown the CCCC in 12 years from one ensemble to 8 and they have performed throughout the country, on national television, and with headliners like Kelly Clarkson. She has a Bachelor's in Music Education from Utah State University and a specialty degree in Kodály Music Education. She has also serves as the assistant choral director for the Zion's Youth Symphony Chorus. Miss Holly loves education almost as much as she loves music so it only seems fitting that she chose to teach music. Her newest musical enjoyments include learning and teaching ukulele and putting together a string ensemble with her children.
